- Manage content production timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Minimum of B.Sc or its equivalent in a related field.
- Experience in the cash loan industry is preferred, with relevant poster design, video editing, and animation production in the case portfolio that can be distributed.
- 1-3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design.
- 1-3 years of experience as a content producer.
- Ability to develop creative concepts and content ideas.
- Familiarity with relevant production equipment and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop graphic design software, able to create static picture posters with a strong art foundation and good aesthetic ability.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (or film) editing, Adobe After Effects animation software.
- Imaginative and creative, with the ability to perform secondary processing and editing of live video, adding special effects and sound effects to enrich the picture.
