Responsibilities

  • Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content for programs, events, and online platforms.
  • Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X).
  • Develop engaging content strategies to promote the organization’s mission and activities.
  • Monitor analytics and provide reports on social media performance.
  • Collaborate with ministry teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Stay updated on digital trends to enhance outreach and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in video editing and social media management.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Alignment with the values and mission of a faith-based organization.
