Responsibilities
- Produce human-centric videos, including interviews, testimonials, leadership content, event coverage, and behind-the-scenes content
- Create animated and motion graphics videos for explainers, campaigns, and product storytelling
- Handle the full production lifecycle from concept and scripting through shooting, editing, and final delivery
- Collaborate with marketing teams and subject-matter experts to translate complex technology topics into engaging visual stories
- Edit video content using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Audition
- Create and manage voiceovers, animated text and graphics, subtitles, and captions
- Produce short-form and long-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, websites, email campaigns, and events
- Experiment with and actively use AI tools for video production, including AI voiceovers, avatar-based videos, and AI-assisted editing and motion graphics
- Stay current on emerging AI video tools and propose ways to integrate them into TeKnowledge workflows
- Work closely with designers, content marketers, and external vendors
- Ensure all video content aligns with TeKnowledge’s brand, tone, and quality standards
- Support major initiatives such as flagship events, executive thought leadership, ABM campaigns, and PR moments
Qualifications
- 5 to 9 years of relevant experience
- 4 to 7 years’ experience in video production in an agency or in-house environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both animation and live-action video
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Experience producing videos with voiceovers, interviews, and animated elements
- Comfortable experimenting with AI tools for video creation
- Strong storytelling instincts for B2B or professional audiences
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Technical degree (preferred)
- High school diploma (required)
- Experience producing content for technology, enterprise, or professional services brands (nice to have)
- Experience covering live events or conferences (nice to have)
- Basic understanding of social media performance and video optimization (nice to have)
- English: Professional proficiency
