About The Role
- The Junior Visual Designer will support the design team in creating graphics, animations, and user interface elements that bring Divest’s brand to life. You’ll work on a variety of projects, including marketing assets, motion graphics, product visuals, and social media campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative designer early in their career to gain hands-on experience in fintech, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and grow into a well-rounded visual designer.
Job Expectations
- Assist in designing marketing materials, digital ads, social media content, and product visuals.
- Create simple animations and motion graphics using tools such as After Effects or LottieFiles.
- Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Support the product and design team in creating and refining UI elements in Figma.
- Translate design concepts into simple, user-friendly visuals.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to deliver creative assets on time.
- Participate in brainstorming and feedback sessions to improve design quality.
- Contribute fresh, creative ideas to strengthen Divest’s visual identity.
Critical Competencies
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic and motion design.
- Basic knowledge of Product Design principles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Basic understanding of Figma, LottieFiles, or other adjacent micro animations.
- Strong grasp of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience in fintech or crypto is a plus (but not required).
