SKLD was formerly operating under the name School Kits Limited, an integrated educational supplies company which was launched in 2000 in Lagos, Nigeria.

Role Purpose

The Web Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing SKLD Integrated Services’ websites and web platforms to ensure functionality, security, performance, and alignment with the company’s brand, e-commerce, and digital operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration of company websites, domains, and hosting environments.
  • Ensure website uptime, performance optimization, and regular system updates.
  • Implement and monitor website security measures, backups, and access controls.
  • Update website content in collaboration with marketing, e-commerce, and brand teams.
  • Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and user access problems.
  • Coordinate with external developers, designers, and hosting providers when required.
  • Monitor website analytics and generate basic performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy, and internal IT policies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in website administration or web support roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website performance tools.
