We are recruiting a skilled WordPress Developer for our client, who also has strong expertise in digital marketing, including Social Media Marketing (SMM), Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and GEO-targeted marketing. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who can manage website development and optimization while driving traffic and conversions through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Website Development & Management
- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, custom functionality).
- Ensure website speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
- Manage hosting, security updates, backups, and troubleshooting.
- Integrate analytics, marketing pixels, and conversion tracking tools.
- Create visually appealing landing pages optimized for lead generation.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO to increase organic visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, link-building, and technical SEO audits.
- Optimize site architecture, meta tags, and structured data for better ranking.
Digital Marketing & Ads
- Plan and execute Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) for awareness and conversions.
- Monitor ad performance, A/B test creatives, and optimize budgets for ROI.
- Implement retargeting campaigns and conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel).
Social Media Marketing
- Develop social media calendars, create content, and manage posting schedules.
- Engage with followers, build community presence, and track engagement metrics.
- Coordinate paid and organic strategies for brand growth.
GEO Targeting & Local Marketing
- Develop and manage location-based campaigns for specific geographic audiences.
- Optimize Google My Business listings and local SEO strategies.
- Track performance of region-specific ads and keywords.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs is a plus.
- Basic graphic design or video editing knowledge is a bonus.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
