Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze data to create dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and actionable reports for decision-making.
  • Administrative Support: Manage daily office operations, schedules, and communication, ensuring smooth administrative processes.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in workflows and administrative procedures.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams (Sales, Inventory) to align data needs with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel), SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience: 2–3 years of combined experience in administrative and analytical roles.
  • Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, analytical mindset, and effective communication skills.

Common Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software.
  • Understanding of data governance and confidentiality standards.
