- Favex Technology is looking for a highly skilled Ad Specialist with a sharp eye for digital marketing strategy and a proven track record of running high-performing campaigns. If you’re passionate about turning clicks into conversions and know your way around top ad platforms, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, and X (Twitter) — Meta Ads expertise is non-negotiable.
- Optimize campaigns using Appsflyer for better targeting, attribution, and ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on ad performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to align ads with brand goals and content strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising and digital marketing.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of proven experience running paid ads, particularly on Meta, Snapchat, and X (Twitter).
- Strong understanding of Appsflyer optimization and campaign tracking.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad content and visuals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must reside in Lagos, Nigeria (role is currently remote).
