Job Summary
- We are looking for talented AI Agent Engineers to join our growing team. The role involves designing, building, and deploying autonomous AI agents for enterprise applications.
- You will work with LLMs, APIs, and enterprise systems to deliver intelligent agents that can reason, interact, and optimize business workflows.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering AI/GenAI agent projects and a strong foundation in AI frameworks, system integration, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents for business workflows.
- Develop multi-step reasoning agents using LLMs and APIs.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, internal tools).
- Optimize memory, retrieval mechanisms, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Conduct POCs, benchmark performance, and push solutions to production.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in AI development with at least 2 AI/GenAI agent projects delivered.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or LlamaIndex.
- Strong programming skills in Python, APIs, and microservices.
- Proven experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, etc.) into real-world use cases.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma.
- Ability to optimize solutions for cost, scalability, and latency.
