About the Role
- Dragnet Solutions Limited is seeking an AI Enablement & Agentic Automation Lead to help drive the practical adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the organisation.
- This role is focused on deploying AI assistants (“agents”) and intelligent automation that improve how our teams operate. The goal is not research, but real operational impact — using AI to streamline processes, support staff, and improve efficiency across the business.
- The successful candidate will work across departments to identify opportunities where AI tools can deliver immediate value and lead the rapid deployment of AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to apply AI across Dragnet’s operations and internal workflows.
- Design and deploy AI agents and intelligent automation that support business processes.
- Improve operational efficiency by reducing repetitive manual work through AI tools.
- Work with Software, Product, and Operations teams to integrate AI capabilities into platforms and workflows.
- Establish responsible AI practices aligned with Dragnet’s governance and compliance standards.
- Help build an internal understanding of how teams can effectively work with AI tools.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience deploying AI-powered solutions or AI agents in real business environments.
- Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs), AI assistants, or intelligent automation systems.
- Proven ability to move quickly from concept to deployed solution, delivering measurable improvements.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into operational workflows or enterprise systems.
- Strong ability to translate emerging AI technologies into practical business applications.
