The holder is responsible for performing security monitoring and incident handling to ensure the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Information Assets for the Company. S/He is responsible for administering and maintaining the integrity of the network, provide operational support which includes antivirus, intrusion detection, key management as well as delivery of and content scanning of Internet incoming and outgoing traffic. Ensure that all incidents are responded to, actioned and resolved within the required timeline. Provide high level competency with regards to IT Security Systems and ensure applications conform to industry and security standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • First Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering or I.T. related field. 
  • Certification in Information Security Intelligence and Security Incident and Event Management is an added advantage.

Minimum Experience

  • 3-4 years experience in Managing and relating with people. Hands on experience on Windows Operating Systems and Linux, Active Directory and Windows Server Operating Systems e.g 2008, 2012 and above.
  • Hands on experience on Cisco network devices – Routers, Switches, Cisco FirePower.
  • Hands on experience on Fortigate Unified Threat Management Solution. Hands on experience on Fortigate Web Application Firewall (Forti Web).
  • Hands on experience on Checkpoint Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing Experience. Experience on Endpoint Security, Experience on Security Incident Monitoring.
