Job Description

  • As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of brand strategies.
  • Working closely with the Brand Manager, you will contribute to the overall success of our brands through creative marketing and brand-building initiatives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in developing and implementing brand strategies and plans.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify consumer insights and trends.
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitor activities and market changes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Assisting in the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Supporting the execution of advertising and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitoring and analyzing brand performance metrics.
  • Assisting in managing budgets and tracking expenditures.
  • Contributing to the development of annual marketing plans and budgets.
  • Staying up to date with industry developments and emerging trends.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in branding, marketing, or advertising, preferably in the media space.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and corporate communication.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze consumer insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
