Role Overview

  • You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing B2B clients who need custom software and digital solutions.
  • You must be comfortable selling high-value tech services, not physical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect businesses that need custom software solutions
  • Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and inbound follow-up
  • Lead discovery calls to understand client needs and position our services effectively
  • Present proposals and work with the technical team to shape solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Meet agreed revenue and deal targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (tech, SaaS, or digital services preferred)
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to understand business problems and position technical solutions
