Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper close out of projects (reconciliation, costing, budget, weekly reports, executive summary, invoice, 3rd party receipts) all put together in a folder.
  • Ensure he leads all execution and is physically present on field driving achievement of set KPIs.
  • Ensures Zero loss account and proper management of clients
  • Ensure they cultivate and grow the existing account by getting more jobs, they revive dormant accounts and bring in one new account every quarter
  • Development and driving the marketing database strategies and execution in relation to consumer growth, segmentation, data cleanliness and completeness.
  • Creatively introduce latest innovations to clients on real-time market strategy to encourage more billings.
  • Monitors ongoing project status on WhatsApp and ensure all projects reports are reviewed.
  • Proffer solutions to project related issues on the go and add value to client.
  • Management of marketing reporting of day-to-day campaign activities, reporting from basic campaign tracking to attribution models.
  • Understanding of consumers, new trends and innovations

Other Duties:

  • The Marketing Operations Manager also performs other duties as delegated by the Managing Director.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
  • 3-5 years minimum high business analyst experience
  • Affiliation with relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.

  • Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
  • Self-motivation: meets objectives and standards on own initiative including fewer satisfying tasks.
  • Teamwork: Team player with an interest in the business dynamics
  • Organization: works systematically, uses time efficiently; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines without direct supervision, work to deadlines.
  • Communication: Communicating in simple and effective language via emails or phone to achieve.
  • Excellent usage of Microsoft packages (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Power B.I).
