We custom design solar energy systems for commercial and residential clients using tried and tested, intelligent solar energy system ensuring Africans have 24/7 power in their homes while reducing operating expenses of African businesses saving them huge costs otherwise spent on diesel/petrol generator maintenance and increased revenue otherwise lost to cut in production.

Role Description

  • We are seeking confident, well-presented Brand Ambassadors to represent the brand during an in-store supermarket activation.
  • The role involves engaging customers, driving awareness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of the activation across the duration of the campaign.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary brand representative at the activation location
  • Engage shoppers proactively and communicate brand messages clearly and confidently
  • Educate customers on products, offers, or services in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ensure the activation stand is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times
  • Support lead generation, enquiries, and basic data capture where required
  • Monitor foot traffic and provide daily activity feedback and reports
  • Escalate customer questions or issues to the activation supervisor promptly
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and activation protocols
  • Support promotional activities such as demos, sampling, or on-ground awareness drives
  • Work collaboratively with the wider activation and marketing team

Requirements

  • Good-looking, well-groomed, and professional appearance
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, approachable, and customer-focused personality
  • Must reside on the Island for ease of daily deployment
  • Prior experience as a Brand Ambassador, Sales Promoter, or Customer Engagement
  • Officer is an advantage
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a retail environment
  • Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends if required
