Job Description
- The Brand & Communications Associate will support the agribusiness arm of CapitalSage Holdings by developing and executing communication strategies that strengthen the brand’s presence across digital and traditional channels.
- The role is responsible for showcasing the agribusiness value chain from sourcing to processing to market delivery, while creating compelling content that highlights impact, innovation, and sustainability.
- This position requires creativity, strong digital instincts, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to translate technical agribusiness processes into accessible, engaging brand narratives.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Manage daily operations of all agribusiness-related social media accounts.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars focused on agribusiness operations, products, milestones, and community impact.
- Respond to audience inquiries, comments, and conversations professionally and promptly.
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all channels.
Brand Strategy & Integrated Communications:
- Produce engaging agribusiness content: captions, articles, product/commodity explainers, process breakdowns, field stories, sustainability highlights, and behind-the-scenes operations.
- Capture field activities, factory operations, farmer success stories, and organizational achievements.
- Support campaign ideation and implementation for brand-building, product launches, and impact-driven initiatives.Work with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand execution across digital, PR, events, and stakeholder engagements.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Track and report key metrics: engagement, impressions, reach, follower growth, and conversions.
- Monitor industry trends within agriculture, commodities, and food value chains to inform content direction.
Brand Reputation & Stakeholder Perception:
- Monitor online and offline conversations related to the agribusiness arm.
- Identify perception risks early and escalate as required.
- Ensure a consistent, positive brand image across all customer, farmer, and partner touchpoints.
Internal Collaboration & Field Support:
- Work closely with operations, procurement, sustainability, HR, and strategy teams to gather stories and updates.
- Support internal communication activities (announcements, events, impact reports, employee features).
- Provide communication support for field activities, factory events, partner visits, and CSR engagements.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Mass Media, PR, Agriculture Communication, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in brand communications, digital media, marketing, or PR
- Experience working in agribusiness, commodities, sustainability, or manufacturing is an added advantage
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Video editing skills (CapCut or similar tools)
- Analytics interpretation (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics)
- Understanding of digital communication best practices.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
