Role Summary

The Brand and Communications Officer is responsible for shaping and communicating the diagnostic center’s identity, values, and service excellence across all touchpoints. This includes managing digital content, internal and external communications, corporate visibility, and reputation management. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with strategy to ensure consistent and effective brand storytelling that drives engagement and trust in our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management & Corporate Communications

  • Develop and implement brand strategy and ensure consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.
  • Manage branding materials, including signage, uniforms, templates, and corporate identity.
  • Coordinate PR activities, stakeholder communication, and media relations.
  • Drive internal communications to foster organizational alignment and engagement.

Digital Media & Social Presence

  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) with curated healthcare content.
  • Oversee website content, updates, SEO structure, and performance analytics.
  • Monitor brand mentions, patient reviews, and respond promptly to feedback or inquiries online.

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar across digital and offline platforms.
  • Plan, write, and oversee the creation of engaging healthcare content, including articles, blogs, health tips, infographics, videos, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with medical and operational teams to develop service-focused content that educates and informs.
  • Use audience insights, analytics, and trends to adjust tone, format, and channels for maximum impact.
  • Establish content standards and guidelines for tone, accuracy, and readability.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track KPIs for campaigns and content, including engagement, reach, conversions, and traffic sources.
  • Provide monthly reports on brand and content performance, with recommendations for optimization.
  • Use data to evaluate the ROI of campaigns and guide future planning.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within a healthcare or wellness setting.
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, WordPress, Meta Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
  • A solid portfolio of written content and creative campaigns is a plus.
