About the Role

  • Majeurs Holdings is seeking a visionary Brand & Creative Strategy Lead to work directly with our Founder in shaping the DNA of Majeurs into a compelling, consistent, and emotionally resonant brand experience.
  • This is not a typical marketing or design role. It is part Creative Director, part Brand Strategist, and part Cultural Architect—responsible for scaling Majeurs’ identity across every customer touchpoint.
  • Over time, this role has a clear growth path to Chief Brand Officer, making it an exceptional opportunity for a creative leader ready to make bold impact.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Vision:

  • Define, refine, and maintain Majeurs’ brand narrative, positioning, and values.
  • Translate vision into scalable brand systems and creative frameworks.
  • Protect the consistency of the brand’s look, feel, and voice.

Creative Direction:

  • Lead the creation of all visual assets: campaigns, photography, packaging, product presentation, and marketing collateral.
  • Oversee showroom visual merchandising and in-person brand experience.
  • Ensure all creative outputs reflect Majeurs’ premium, design-led identity.

Cultural Stewardship:

  • Embed Majeurs’ values and culture within the team and across customer interactions.
  • Act as a champion of brand integrity at every touchpoint.

Experience & Touchpoint Design:

  • Map, design, and optimize the full brand experience: website, showroom, product unboxing, social media, and more.
  • Ensure consistency across digital, retail, print, and experiential channels.

Who You Are

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
  • Experienced in premium lifestyle, design, fashion, or creative-led brands (5+ years experience).
  • A creative visionary with strong strategic thinking and refined taste.
  • Skilled at connecting design, messaging, and culture into one seamless system.
  • Detail-oriented while also capable of big-picture thinking.
  • Confident in leading creative teams, agencies, and freelancers.
  • Comfortable thriving in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.
     

Compensation & Growth Path

  • Base Salary: N450,000 – N800,000 / Month (depending on experience & portfolio strength).
  • Performance Bonus: N200,000 – N500,000 quarterly, linked to KPIs (audience growth, campaign performance, showroom traffic, brand equity).
  • Growth Path: Fast-track progression to Chief Brand Officer within 18–24 months, based on measurable impact.
