Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Brand & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our pharmaceutical brand’s identity, online presence, and digital growth. This role will lead the execution of branding strategies, oversee e-commerce activities, and develop compelling digital content that resonates with our target audiences.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels and product lines.
  • Manage the company’s digital presence, including social media, website, and online platforms, ensuring content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with our values.
  • Oversee e-commerce operations, including managing product listings, promotions, online customer service coordination, and performance tracking across platforms such as Jumia, Konga, or our website.
  • Create and schedule original, audience-relevant content for digital campaigns.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and product visibility
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, regulatory, and business development teams to ensure promotional content is compliant, informative, and commercially aligned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, natural sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, and content creation (pharmaceutical experience is an advantage).
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, running digital campaigns, and handling e-commerce operations.
  • Strong visual and written content creation skills. Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage
  • Good understanding of SEO, social media engagement, and online customer behaviour.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
