Our client is a fast-growing financial technology company dedicated to revolutionizing digital payments, lending, and investment. We are seeking a creative and data-driven Brand and Marketing Lead to develop and execute strategies that enhance our brand, drive customer acquisition, and improve engagement.

Job Summary

As the Brand and Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand positioning, marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and growth initiatives to strengthen our market presence. You will lead a team or collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging across all channels while driving measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and evolve the company’s brand identity, voice, and messaging to differentiate us in the fintech space.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including the website, social media, PR, advertisements, and customer communications.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning.

Digital & Growth Marketing

  • Develop and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Optimize customer acquisition funnels, including paid ads, landing pages, and lead generation strategies.
  • Manage the social media strategy (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok) to enhance engagement and brand awareness.
  • Oversee content marketing initiatives (blogs, whitepapers, videos, newsletters) to establish thought leadership.

Product Marketing & Go-To-Market (GTM)

  • Collaborate with product teams to craft compelling value propositions for new features and products.
  • Lead launch campaigns, including email sequences, PR efforts, influencer partnerships, and webinars.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, such as presentations, case studies, and FAQs.

Public Relations (PR) & Partnerships

  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and technology providers.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand awareness, engagement, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI).
  • Utilize Google Analytics, CRM systems, and advertising platforms to refine strategies.
  • Present data-driven insights to leadership for informed decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 

  • 5+ years in brand management, digital marketing, or growth marketing (experience in fintech preferred). 
  • Proven track record of scaling brands, running successful campaigns, and driving revenue growth. 

Skills: 

  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual branding skills. 
  • Expertise in SEO, paid advertising (Google/Facebook/LinkedIn), email marketing, and marketing automation. 
  • Familiarity with fintech compliance, including financial regulations and data security. 
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, CRM tools (such as HubSpot and Salesforce), and design tools (like Canva and Adobe Suite).
