Responsibilties
- Develop and implement long-term brand strategy aligned with corporate vision.
- Define brand identity, positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
- Ensure consistency of brand communication across all platforms and projects.
- Monitor brand perception and manage brand equity.
- Develop annual marketing plans and budgets.
- Design integrated marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify new market opportunities and growth segments.
- Oversee digital marketing channels (website, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Manage online lead generation strategies and performance marketing campaigns.
- Optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates.
- Track and analyze campaign ROI and performance metrics.
- Lead the development of advertising creatives and campaign concepts.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and media partners.
- Ensure timely launch and execution of campaigns.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Align marketing efforts with sales objectives and revenue targets.
- Support sales teams with marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and project branding.
- Work closely with project development and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Build, mentor, and lead the marketing team.
- Define KPIs and performance objectives for team members.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers.
- Foster innovation and creativity within the department.
- Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 10 years experience.
