Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operation of the ECOLION POWER brand in the Nigerian market, formulate localized brand strategies and promotion plans, and enhance the brand's influence in the new energy sector;
- Gain insights into the local market and policies, develop communication strategies in conjunction with products, and coordinate promotion through social media, exhibitions, and other channels;
- Standardize the brand's visual identity for local adaptation, collect and analyze market data to optimize strategies;
- Build local partnerships, coordinate collaboration between headquarters and branch offices, and lead the team (if applicable) to achieve work goals.
Requirements & Skills
- Nigerian citizen, Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing or related fields.
- 3-5 years of brand/marketing experience, experience in the new energy industry preferred; familiar with the local business environment and industry trends.
- Practical brand operation skills, with a proven track record of successful local brands preferred.
- Fluent in English, fluency in the local language is a plus, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Keen market insight, logical analysis, and innovative thinking; able to quickly adjust strategies to market changes.
- Excellent team management and project coordination skills, strong resource integration ability, resilient, trustworthy, and goal-oriented.
- Familiar with local promotion channels, with practical experience in offline event planning and execution, and media cooperation.
- Knowledge of local new energy policies is preferred; industry connections are a plus.
