Job Role/ Objectives
- A reputable Construction Company is seeking to hire an experienced and strategic Brand Manager.
- The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- This includes overseeing advertising campaigns, monitoring market trends, managing internal and external communications, and leading initiatives that enhance brand equity and profitability.
Position Overview/Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead centralized customer relationship management (CRM) efforts and streamline business processes.
- Manage internal communications, including the company’s website.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to plan and execute innovative digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Oversee production and execution of marketing materials including TV, print, digital, events, and exhibitions.
- Drive quarterly promotional planning and ensure effective input and implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance and profitability.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour.
- Enhance brand reputation and engagement across social media and public platforms.
- Maintain strong relationships with media outlets to support PR activities, feature articles, and advertising.
Qualification/ Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc. Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand management or related marketing roles.
- Strong consumer insight, analytical ability, and future-thinking mind-set.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, innovative, and results-driven.
- Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
