Role description
- We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and detail-oriented Brand Manager to support the Group Managing Partner (GMP) in enhancing personal and corporate brand positioning. This role is central to amplifying the GMP's thought leadership, shaping public perception, and managing the visibility of the GMP’s office in alignment with Sydani's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a brand strategy for the Group Managing Partner across digital, media, and public engagement channels.
- Create and manage the GMP’s personal brand assets, including bios, speaking profiles, and executive communication materials.
- Draft speeches, articles, social media posts, and op-eds that reflect the GMP’s voice, expertise, and leadership agenda.
- Curate and oversee publication of thought leadership content for internal and external audiences.
- Coordinate media opportunities, speaking engagements, interviews, and panel appearances for the GMP.
- Develop briefing notes and talking points for high-level engagements.
- Manage and grow the GMP’s presence across relevant digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, podcasts).
- Monitor analytics and engagement to refine content and digital strategies.
- Support the GMP in developing internal communications that align leadership messaging with the firm’s mission and values.
- Collaborate with BD and Comms team to ensure consistency across brand touchpoints.
- Maintain a calendar of strategic relationships, anniversaries, and key moments for proactive brand engagement.
- Support stakeholder communications with partners, clients, media, and public figures.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, executive communications, or public relations ideally within a consulting or professional services environment
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing skills
- Experience supporting senior executives or public figures in developing personal brands.
- Strong digital savvy with understanding of social media dynamics, analytics, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and exercise confidentiality and discretion.
