The Brand Strategist is responsible for developing, refining, and executing Mshel Homes’ brand strategy to strengthen market positioning, enhance brand visibility, and ensure consistency across all communication channels. This role supports the company’s strategic direction by shaping how the brand is perceived, aligning messaging with target audiences, and driving creative initiatives that support business objectives in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with Mshel Homes’ mission and long-term goals.
  • Conduct brand audits to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Define and evolve brand positioning, tone of voice, and value propositions.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer behaviour, emerging trends, and competitive landscape in the real estate market.
  • Analyze insights to inform branding decisions and guide marketing campaigns.
  • Create compelling brand messages and narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality content for digital and offline platforms.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
  • Ensure creative brand messaging that keeps the company and its products top of the mind and significantly drives the overall sales of the organization. 
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all designs, campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with the design team to maintain and enhance the company’s visual identity.
  • Monitor the use of brand assets across departments.
  • Develop brand-led campaigns to promote company projects, property launches, and corporate initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and media teams to drive effective outreach and engagement.
  • Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and partner agencies to ensure brand strategy alignment.
  • Provide brand direction and support to the sales, customer service, and PR teams.
  • Track brand health metrics, customer perception, and engagement data.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management.
  • Recommend adjustments based on data and performance trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Branding, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in brand management tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
