Overview of the Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Branding, Digital, and Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of Farm Warehouse’s brand, digital presence, and communication strategy. The role will be responsible for shaping the company’s brand identity, driving marketing performance, managing internal and external communications, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • The ideal candidate will combine strong thinking with hands-on execution capabilities across branding, content, digital marketing, media relations, and stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement, and manage brand strategy to ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Define brand guidelines and ensure adherence across marketing materials, digital platforms, partnerships, and corporate communications.
  • Lead brand positioning, storytelling, and messaging aligned with company values, mission, and growth objectives.
  • Oversee design, creative direction, and brand assets including visuals, campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor brand perception and recommend strategies to strengthen brand equity and visibility.
  • Identify inefficiencies in hub operations and recommend process improvements.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across web, social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
  • Manage the company’s website and digital platforms to ensure up-to-date content, optimal user experience, and conversion optimisation.
  • Lead content strategy and digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Track, analyse, and report on digital performance metrics using analytics tools, optimise campaigns based on insights.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support go-to-market strategies and digital growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate business objectives into compelling communications and marketing narratives.
  • Oversee content calendars and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content across all channels.

Communications & Public Relations

  • Develop and manage the company’s corporate communications strategy, including internal and external communications.
  • Draft and oversee press releases, corporate announcements, thought leadership content, newsletters, and stakeholder updates.
  • Manage media relations and external communications with partners, investors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication for campaigns, product launches, partnerships and key corporate initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, designers, and media partners.
  • Support community engagement and advocacy initiatives that enhance impact and visibility.

Strategy, Reporting & Governance

  • Develop annual branding, digital, and communications plans aligned with company goals.
  • Set KPIs and monitor performance across branding, and communications activities.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor entry and mid-level Branding, Digital, and Communications Officers.
  • Manage budget related to branding, marketing, and communications activities.
  • Design and deliver training, coaching, and on-the-job capacity-building programs to strengthen team skills.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices in all communications.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A master’s degree or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 5 years’ progressive experience in branding, digital marketing, and corporate communications.
  • Proven experience managing brand strategy, digital campaigns, and media/stakeholder communications
  • Experience in impact-driven organisations is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and integrated communications strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and project management capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with presentation and storytelling ability.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • High attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
