- You’ll work closely with teams across the company to bring clarity to our priorities, align stakeholders, and help drive progress across a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work with leadership to identify high-impact opportunities through data analytics and insights, industry and competitive analysis.
- Communicate findings to leadership in the form of presentations and facilitation of strategy topics across functional teams.
- Define project scope, key focus areas, and analysis needed to uncover opportunities and drive stakeholder alignment. Work with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product to deliver on project priorities, drive alignment, and enable decision making.
- Support Leadership Team members on projects, annual planning, budgeting, and presentations.
- Lead coordination of executive forums, developing collaterals, managing workstreams, and action items.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree a Quantitative, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
- 2 years of experience in working within strategy, finance or business operations related groups.
- Experience using excel, power point and other related productivity tools
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience using SQL, Python and Data visualization tools working with data sets to deliver insights and recommendations.
- Ability to influence, communicate and drive change with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to take complex topics and turn them into stories that engage the audience.
- Experience in management consulting, investment banking//venture capital, corporate strategy, or equivalent experience in a technology/media company.
- Experience working in sales or partnerships GTM, incentives or operations.
- Experience in execution, multi-tasking and leading and ambiguous and operational initiatives.
- 4 years of experience with investigative problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management.
- Experience in working with diverse stakeholders; with excellent program management skills, and ability to pay high attention to detail, and drive projects to completion.
- Experience in managing the planning cycle with cross-functional engagement and prioritization.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and collaborate with executives.
