Job Summary
- The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting the effective use of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- The role involves working closely with business users to resolve system issues, support process automation initiatives, and ensure data accuracy and integrity across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various departments to understand business processes and translate them into functional system requirements.
- Provide first-level support to ERP users, ensuring prompt resolution of issues or escalation to the technical team.
- Monitor system usage and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Document business requirements, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in testing system enhancements, upgrades, and new modules to ensure proper functionality.
- Respond to user queries and troubleshoot ERP-related issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the IT team and external vendors to resolve escalated issues.
- Conduct end-user training and orientation sessions to enhance ERP adoption and usage.
- Support the implementation of system changes with clear communication and user engagement.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all business functions using the ERP system.
- Generate and analyze reports to support management decision-making.
- Identify recurring system issues and provide recommendations to prevent reoccurrence.
- Monitor compliance with internal control and data security procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, ERP support, or process improvement.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP ERP, or similar).
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process documentation, and functional testing.
- Solid knowledge of business operations such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or inventory management.
