Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grasp business objectives, processes, and requirements.
  • Participate in the analysis of systems, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in eliciting, documenting, and prioritizing business and system requirements.
  • Support workshops and meetings, contributing to requirement validation and gathering valuable input.
  • Contribute to the development of process maps, workflow diagrams, and business process models.
  • Participate in data analysis to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to the preparation of clear and concise documentation, including user stories and test cases.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Engage in testing efforts, including user acceptance testing, and support change management activities.
  • Assist in monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing insights for potential improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated interest in Business Analysis, with a focus on software development or process improvement.
  • Developing analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
  • Eagerness to learn and proficiency in adapting business analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Exposure to process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and a willingness to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Developing business acumen and a growing understanding of organizational processes.
