Role Summary:

The Business Development/ Corporate Communication Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and managing corporate communications. He/She plays a key role in securing construction contracts, preparing proposals, and positioning the company as a leader in the Nigerian construction market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction and real estate sectors.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  3. Prepare bids, proposals, and presentations for construction projects.
  4. Lead negotiations and support contract closing processes.
  5. Manage corporate communication and PR activities to enhance brand image.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitors to inform strategy.
  7. Collaborate with technical and project teams on client requirements.
  8. Prepare periodic business development reports for management.
  9. Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  1. B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. 3–4 years’ experience in business development or corporate communications, preferably in construction, engineering, Real estate or other relevant fields.
  3. Strategic networking and relationship-building skills.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  5. Market research and business opportunity identification.
  6. Proposal development and good presentation skills.
  7. Track record of winning contracts and driving revenue growth will be added advantage.
