- Support data-driven decision-making by designing and maintaining BI solutions that translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize Power BI/Tableau dashboards and automated reports.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover performance trends and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with commercial, finance, and technology teams to define KPIs and business metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple sources.
- Support forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or analytics roles.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Familiarity with telecom KPIs and enterprise data environments is a plus.
- Excellent analytical thinking and stakeholder communication skills.
