Job description
- Develop and implement information security policies and procedures.
- Lead security risk management, incident response, and business continuity planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations (e.g., PCI/DSS) and manage security audits.
- Guide secure IT architecture design and oversee the deployment of security technologies.
- Educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and promote a security-conscious culture.
- Manage security risks related to third-party vendors and contracts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in information security leadership, preferably in finance.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
