- Lead and execute the overall technology strategy, focusing on AI, data science, and innovation.

- Stay hands-on with development, reviewing code and solving technical challenges.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Data teams.
- Ensure data security and compliance with financial regulations.
- Make strategic decisions around resource allocation and technology adoption.
