Job Summary

  • Are you a visionary technology leader ready to drive digital transformation in the financial services space?
  • We’re seeking a Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to shape and execute our innovation agenda — transforming how we deliver value to farmers, rural communities, and underserved markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Digital Transformation: Design and implement a forward-looking digital strategy, integrating cutting-edge technologies into our operations and customer engagement.
  • Enhance Core Systems: Oversee the digitalization of core banking, loan origination platforms, and mobile banking services.
  • Drive Innovation: Champion emerging technologies — AI, blockchain, cloud computing — to improve products, processes, and service delivery.
  • Strengthen Infrastructure: Ensure robust, secure, and scalable IT systems to power growth.
  • Inspire Teams: Build and lead a high-performing technology division with a culture of innovation and excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (professional certifications a plus).
  • 10+ years in technology leadership roles (5+ at senior IT management/CTO level).
  • Proven track record in digital transformation within financial services or fintech.
  • Deep expertise in emerging technologies, IT governance, and large-scale project delivery.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
