Scope

Communication and Engagement Support:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of communication and engagement strategies.
  • Support the preparation and execution of communication plans for product launches, events, and campaigns.
  • Monitor and compile data to evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts.

Project Support and Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating projects to ensure they align with timelines, budgets, and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to track project progress and ensure seamless integration of communication strategies.
  • Help collect and organize performance metrics for reporting and optimization.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, newsletters, and internal communications.
  • Schedule and maintain content calendars to ensure timely distribution across platforms.
  • Support the team in proofreading and editing marketing materials for consistency and accuracy.

Media and Public Relations Assistance:

  • Support in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
  • Assist in the preparation of press releases and media kits.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare summaries or responses as needed.

Brand Governance and Training Support:

  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all communication materials.
  • Assist in preparing materials for training sessions on brand compliance.

Team Collaboration and Engagement:

  • Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and creative working environment.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input for new initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2 years) in communications and project management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, communication trends, and engagement tactics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, content management systems, and possibly sales.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and mentor a team.

Salary
N200,000 (Net) monthly.
