Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an integrated communications and PR strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Define brand voice, messaging framework, and communication guidelines.
  • Lead internal and external communication initiatives.
  • Manage annual communications calendar and campaigns.
  • Secure positive media coverage across print, broadcast, and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate press briefings, media interviews, and press conferences.
  • Monitor media coverage and manage reputation.
  • Develop compelling brand stories, thought leadership articles, and executive profiles.
  • Oversee development of speeches, talking points, opinion pieces, and public addresses.
  • Collaborate with content and digital teams to ensure message consistency.
  • Ensure all communications reflect brand positioning and tone.
  • Develop crisis communication frameworks and response plans.
  • Serve as key contact during reputational or public issues.
  • Draft timely responses to media inquiries and public concerns.

  • Track media coverage, impressions, share of voice, and PR ROI.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields
  • 8+ years experience in communications, media, or public relations.
  • Strong media network and proven press engagement experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing crisis communications.
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives and executive messaging.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in corporate, media, or nonprofit sectors is a plus.
