The Community Manager builds and activates a vibrant guest and partner community around the hotel and bistro, driving engagement, loyalty, events, collaborations, and brand presence both online and offline. The role focuses on deepening relationships, increasing repeat visits, and creating meaningful community-led experiences.

Key Focus Areas

  • Community Building: Grow and manage guest communities, implement loyalty and membership initiatives, and manage guest engagement across the full customer journey.
  • Events & Activations: Plan and deliver regular events, manage partnerships and collaborations, and drive attendance, ticketing, and post-event engagement.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a key brand ambassador, uphold brand culture and hospitality standards, and gather community feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Digital & Social Engagement: Activate online communities, coordinate community-driven content with the social media team, and manage digital interactions.
  • Partnerships: Build relationships with corporates, creatives, influencers, and local brands to deliver co-hosted events and commercial collaborations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in community management, marketing, events, or hospitality
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • High creativity, energy, and digital media awareness
