Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain computer systems and office software
- Enter, process, and manage data accurately
- Support administrative and technical documentation tasks
- Handle the day to day office/client related administrative functions
- Preparation of certificates for customers
- Handles company certificate renewal process
- Keep and maintain accurate company record
- Prepare all internal and external document
- Prepare visiting schedule for technical and marketing team
- Manage office resources
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting
- Must be residing in lagos mainland, Ikeja, Ogba, Iyana ipaja, Agege and environs
- Fast typing skills and attention to detail
- NECO and WAEC Certificate holder with computer operation experience can apply
