Job Summary
- As the Content Creator / Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and driving brand visibility for the company across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging content (images, videos, captions) for social media platforms
- Manage daily activities across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness and audience engagement
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve content and campaign effectiveness
- Respond to messages, comments, and enquiries to maintain active audience engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- 2–4 years experience in content creation or social media management
- Professional certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management is an advantage
- Strong skills in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Good understanding of social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement strategies.
