Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing department to understand short- and long-term business goals
- Develop and implement integrated content strategies across channels
- Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively recommend content campaigns
- Research and implement SEO tactics to increase organic traffic and brand visibility
- Contribute ideas for campaign themes, content pillars, and storytelling frameworks
- Copywriting & Content Creation
- Write clear, engaging, and strategic copy for website, social media, ads, emails, blogs, scripts, and podcast episodes etc.
- Draft and maintain engaging copy across public communications and branded platforms
- Convert customer needs and feedback into customer-centric storytelling
- Manage day-to-day content scheduling, posting, and monitoring across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn
- Use tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Buffer, Notion) to keep calendars updated and performance tracked
- Interact with the audience and grow community engagement and loyalty
- Create mobile-first short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.) using just your phone + editing tools
- Record, script, and edit authentic, brand-aligned visual content
- Use tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express to design basic static and motion graphics
- Collaborate with designers when higher complexity is needed, but lead with fast-turnaround visuals
- Contribute to brand aesthetics including logo treatments, taglines, and promotional designs
- Optimize videos for platform performance and virality to grab customer attention
