- ActivEdge Technologies is looking for an experienced Core Infrastructure Technical Lead to join our growing team
- If you’re passionate about designing, building, and maintaining robust IT infrastructure and you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of our core infrastructure servers, storage, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Provide technical expertise during presales engagements to ensure our infrastructure solutions are sound, scalable, and client-ready.
- Collaborate closely with Cloud and Security teams to build hybrid and secure environments.
- Mentor and guide infrastructure engineers while ensuring processes and documentation are top-notch.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering/operations (with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role).
- Strong hands-on skills with servers, storage (SAN/NAS), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and hyperconverged systems.
- Experience with backup, DR, and business continuity.
- Exposure to presales or solution design processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or OEM certifications are a plus).
