Overview

  • The Creative Designer plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all visual communications reflect the values, tone, and aspirations of Fembol Group.
  • This role is responsible for the design and production of all creative materials used across digital, print, and physical platforms.
  • The Creative Designer collaborates closely with the Digital Marketing & Communications Officer and other teams to maintain a consistent and professional brand identity in line with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and edit all content (images, animations, and videos) for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Align internal and external corporate communications across Fembol Group to ensure brand consistency.
  • Create and update templates for reports, presentations, proposals, and pitch decks used across departments.
  • Develop visual materials and sales collateral for industry events, partner presentations, etc.
  • Conceptualize and design launch-related materials (e.g., banners, flyers, posters, promotional videos) for Hauliin and other products.
  • Ensure all visual output meets international standards of design and branding aesthetics.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to produce creative content based on campaigns, seasonal activities, or trending topics.
  • Stay updated with design and branding trends and integrate relevant insights into Fembol's visual identity.
  • Maintain an organized library of all branding assets (logos, templates, graphics).
  • Manage design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Assist HR/Admin in designing internal culture-building content (employee highlights,employee handbook, internal comms, newsletters, etc.).
  • Collaborate with vendors and print houses for physical production of branded materials when necessary

Daily Routine

  • Designing content in line with daily and weekly content calendars
  • Reviewing feedback on drafts and refining final visuals
  • Preparing materials for internal and external presentations
  • Coordinating with the Digital Marketing Officer for campaign alignment
  • Updating asset libraries and maintaining brand documentation

Qualifications & Qualifications
Education:

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or CorelDRAW.
  • Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Motion graphics skills using After Effects or similar tools is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to edit for multiple formats: social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), web, and ads.
  • Knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and transitions.

Portfolio:

  • Must provide a strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating:
    • Creative design projects (posters, branding, UI/UX, social assets etc.)
    • Video editing projects (short films, reels, promotional videos etc.)
    • Storytelling ability through visuals and editing.

Experience:

  • Must have 3–5 years professional experience in:
    • Graphic/creative design
    • Video editing and content production
  • Experience creating marketing content is a plus.
