About the Role:
We are seeking a smart, creative, and self-driven Customer Experience, Marketing & Administrative Personnel to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will combine excellent administrative and communication skills with a flair for marketing — both physical and digital — to enhance our brand visibility and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative and customer service functions.
- Manage client inquiries, communications, and follow-ups professionally.
- Plan and execute basic marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote Kodex Africa’s initiatives and programs.
- Create and share engaging content on social media and other digital platforms.
- Support in organizing events, outreach programs, and physical marketing activities.
- Prepare and manage documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and handle assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media management, email marketing, or content creation).
- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Creativity and ability to work independently
