Additionally, Crown Interactive has established a Nigerian-based products operation with exclusive distribution rights to provide highly innovative 3G data and voice Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) for individual consumers and small-to-medium businesses.

 Job Objective

  • Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? Do you enjoy working with data models, dashboards, and analytics tools to support strategic decision-making?
  • Crown Interactive is seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping the organization make data-driven decisions by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data across multiple business functions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into insightful dashboards and reports using analytical tools.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources including ERP, CRM, SCADA systems, and custom software applications but not limited to this.
  • Develop detailed analytical reports and dashboards using Power BI to communicate trends, patterns, and predictions.
  • Analyze data for different teams in the business as may be required.

Dashboard Development:

  • Design, build, and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards tailored for stakeholders in the public power sector.
  • Implement DAX queries and Power Query for advanced data transformations and modeling.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with all the teams, power and public sector clients to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop reporting solutions.

Data Governance & Quality:

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies and recommend process improvements.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor data trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational metrics to support performance improvements in power and utilities projects.
  • Participate in CI learning, development and mentoring programs

Skill Requirements and Competencies

  • Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Strong experience with SQL and data manipulation techniques.
  • Familiarity with databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience working with data from software platforms relevant to the power sector or public infrastructure.

Qualification & Experience
