About the Role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, analyse, and interpret data from various internal and external sources.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for management decision-making.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business strategy and operational improvements.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical solutions.
- Manage and optimize databases and analytic tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and effectively.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with data modelling, data mining, and predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting frameworks.
