Job Summary
- The Data Scientist will drive the strategic use of data to solve complex business problems, deliver industry-specific innovative solutions, and guide clients through data-driven transformations.
- Acting as both a technical expert and a trusted advisor, you will lead cross-functional teams on solution delivery, mentor junior scientists, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data science within the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate business needs and objectives.
- Translate business challenges into data science frameworks and actionable insights.
- Analyze raw data and translate business needs into data deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of data-driven consulting projects.
- Facilitate the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of large datasets to prepare for analysis.
- Facilitate the development of predictive, machine learning and deep learning models, algorithms, and statistical analysis to address client-specific challenges.
- Design and implement data-driven solutions aligned with client goals.
- Facilitate the creation of interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with data Engineers, analysts, architects, and software engineers on several projects.
- Work with leadership and the information security team to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of data and recommend improvements.
- Deliver workshops, knowledge share, and training for internal and external customers
Job Requirements
- BSc or Equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
- 4+ years of working experience in data science with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Previous experience as a Data Engineer/Analyst or similar is relevant
- AZ900/ DP100/ AI100 /AI102 /DP600 /AWS Certified ML is an advantage.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Cloud Computing – Azure /AWS /Google, Databricks, SQL, Python, -Data Visualization tools, Big Data Technologies, Data Mining, Data Segmentation, Analytical skill.
- Experience in IT consulting or working with enterprise-level clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment
