We are seeking a versatile Content Creator to manage the company’s digital presence, online store, and technical systems. This role involves maintaining IT operations, creating engaging social media and website content, and ensuring smooth digital communication with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and troubleshoot the company’s hardware, software, and internet systems.
  • Ensure POS systems, printers, and other digital tools are functioning effectively.
  • Maintain the company’s website and e-commerce platform, updating products, prices, and promotions regularly.
  • Handle basic network administration, data backups, and online security.
  • Provide technical support to the sales and operations teams.
  • Create engaging photo and video content showcasing gift items, in-store displays, and customer experiences.
  • Develop creative content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.) to increase visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design flyers, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Schedule and manage online campaigns and promotions.
  • Track engagement metrics and provide reports on online performance.
  • Respond to online customer inquiries and manage digital order requests.

Requirements:

  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in IT support, content creation, or digital marketing (preferably in a retail or lifestyle brand).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.) and basic video editing.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and content strategy.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Must be tech-savvy, reliable, and detail-oriented.
