Sim Impacting Lives Foundation is an independent, non-governmental and non-profit organization established by a woman with immense passion in the humanitarian and development sector with experiences in different sectors to promote Girls, women and children capacity development and provide opportunities for the vulnerable and less privileged in the society. It is a registered foundation under Nigerian law, registered as a corporate organization with Corporate Affairs Commission in Abuja. SILF is involved in different areas of work to promote the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The areas of focus include but are not limited to, Poverty, zero hunger, health, education, clean water and sanitation, gender equality, research, environment and climate change, girls’ and women’s empowerment, and Social and Economic Advancement. We promote and secure vulnerable and marginalized Girls, children, and women by providing them with opportunities and making them initiative and capable through result-oriented research and programmes.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Fundraising & Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our Google Ads Grant account and lead our digital fundraising campaigns. The ideal candidate is experienced in Google Ads, SEO/SEM strategies, and has a deep understanding of nonprofit marketing and donor engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and optimize SILF’s Google Ads Grant account to ensure compliance and performance.
- Develop compelling ad copy and campaigns to drive website traffic, donations, volunteer sign-ups, and program awareness.
- Create and execute digital fundraising strategies across channels (Google Ads, email marketing, landing pages).
- Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with the programs and communications teams to align digital efforts with SILF’s mission and campaigns.
- A/B test ad variations and implement data-driven improvements.
- Provide monthly reports and strategic recommendations for growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads (preferably with nonprofits or Google Ads Grant accounts).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and fundraising campaigns.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data reporting tools.
- Ability to write clear, compelling ad copy and optimize for conversions.
- Familiarity with fundraising platforms and donor engagement strategies is a plus.
