Job Role
- Generate leads
- Follow up on the leads generated as SEO/Social media, etc., and market research methods
- Other related duties will be assigned.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND or BSc with 2 years of work experience.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Reside around Ajah and its environment.
- Real Estate experience will be an added advantage.
- Hybrid and Remote workers are not acceptable.
- You must be passionate and dedicated to achieving results.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM), and applications (Web analytics, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media best practices
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
