Job Summary

  • We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer / Social Media Manager to plan and execute the company’s online marketing strategy. 
  • The ideal candidate will manage Bomach’s digital presence, run online campaigns, grow engagement, and generate leads across all service areas — including property sales, surveying, construction, and engineering design.
  • You’ll be responsible for managing our social media pages, content creation, paid ads, email campaigns, and online visibility to attract and convert potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create and manage engaging social media content (graphics, videos, captions, reels, stories).
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads) to generate qualified leads.
  • Manage website content and SEO to improve search rankings and visibility.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance — leads, reach, conversions, and ROI.
  • Build and maintain Bomach’s online brand voice across all service lines (real estate, surveying, construction, design).
  • Develop email newsletters, WhatsApp broadcast lists, and CRM follow-up systems for customer retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align online efforts with offline campaigns and goals.

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Proven experience running paid ad campaigns and tracking results.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, CapCut, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and social media trends.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Experience in real estate, construction, or engineering services marketing is an added advantage.
